Mark is the current Deputy Chairman Political of Lincoln Conservative Association.

Mark was the City Councillor for Minster Ward May 2021 - May 2024

Mark has previous experience of working on a Council, following 4 years on Lincolnshire County Council 2017 - 2021

Mark was raised in Lincolnshire and has lived and worked in the area since he graduated from of the University of Lincoln. Mark now lives in uphill Lincoln with his wife and family, so has a good understanding of the issues that concern local residents.

This morning, Cllr Reid and Cllr Storer met with Housing Officers and members of the City Council housing team to discuss issues on the Ermine East Estate. A number of problems were reported, including issues with fly-tipping, overgrown trees and damage in flat blocks.
